This role focuses on optimizing mobile radio access networks and driving process improvements through automation and data analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the complex interactions between coverage and capacity within the mobile radio access network.Implement best practices for coverage management and develop new methodologies to improve efficiency.Identify operational blockers and provide actionable improvement plans and solutions.Utilize an automation-first mindset to reduce delivery times.Present analytical findings clearly in both written and verbal formats.Required Skills andamp; ExperienceExperience: 5+ years of experience in the radio planning space.Radio Planning andamp; Tools:Strong proficiency in radio planning tools, specifically ATOLL (with a focus on Automatic Cell Planning).Experience in PCI/RSI planning and mobile Radio antenna configurations.Coverage modelling expertise across all technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G).Experience with propagation model ITU-528-3.Data andamp; Automation:Experience using visualization tools such as QGIS or ARCGIS for complex data elaboration.Proficiency in coding (eg, Python) and GIS data analysis skills.Compliance: Experience with Radio network compliance, including ICNIRP and GA drawings.
