Conduct feature and or parameter optimisation trials for 4G/5G/5G+ RAN vendors (Nokia and Ericsson) and assess outcomes, quantify gains and impacts to wider network services. 5G Interworking with 4G, 5G SA, NSA. Own and drive improvement in all factors impacting Performance andamp; reporting with the goal of providing optimal Customer Experience. Exceptional understanding of network performance trends with a view of rebase lining KPIs. Identifying the root cause and define measures to improve underperforming KPIs.
