What you will do
- Develop new formulas in line with industry innovation
- Research and keep up to date with new raw materials that can help to develop future formulations, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Be responsible for testing and evaluation of new products and considering the ever changing regulatory landscape
- Be responsible for the stability studies of your portfolio of formulations
What you will need
- BSc or higher in Chemistry or very closely related subject area
- At least 1 year (industrial placement or post graduate in industry) of experience in a formulation laboratory environment OR- PhD heavily involved within aqeuous formulations / emulsions.
- Hands on working knowledge of formulating emulsions or aqueous-liquid products
- At least 1 year formulating personal care, homecare or aqueous based paint or ink products
