Are you an experienced Sub Agent / Site Agent with a strong civil engineering background? Do you have experience managing site teams, subcontractors and delivery programmes on major infrastructure projects? Job Title: Sub Agent Location: West London - 5 Days Site Based Rate: £500-£600/day Inside IR35 via Umbrella Provider Contract: 12-Month Contract Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a Sub Agent to support the Construction Manager on HS2 overseeing the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering works. Where you will add value: Manage site teams, subcontractors, labour, plant and materials Develop and monitor construction programmes Manage resources and coordinate delivery activities Monitor progress, productivity and programme performance Ensure RAMS, ITPs, QA and HandS requirements are followed Maintain site records and report progress, changes and issues Liaise with the Construction Manager, Engineering, QA and Commercial teams To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous Sub Agent / Site Agent experience Strong civil engineering / major infrastructure background Experience managing site teams and subcontractors Good understanding of construction sequencing and programmes Relevant CSCS Card SMSTS or equivalent Experience in reinforced concrete, piling or utilities would be beneficial Major civil engineering and infrastructure exposure If you''re an experienced Sub Agent / Site Agent with a strong civil engineering background and are interested in a major ..... full job details .....
