I''m working with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that''s looking to appoint a Senior Rail/Bridge Engineer to join its growing Rail team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of rail infrastructure projects across the South West and Wales, supporting the delivery of technically challenging schemes within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You''ll play a key role in developing and delivering civil engineering designs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, safe and sustainable solutions for clients across the rail sector.The RoleAs a Senior Civil Engineer, you''ll:Deliver civil engineering design solutions for rail infrastructure projectsSupport projects through feasibility, detailed design and implementation stagesPrepare and review technical reports, drawings, calculations and specificationsWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project deliveryEngage with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and guidanceEnsure designs meet relevant industry standards, safety requirements and client expectationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the teamSupport and mentor junior engineers where appropriateWhat They''re Looking ForDegree qualified in Civil Engineering or related disciplineWorking towards, or already holding, Incorporated or Chartered status (ICE or equivalent)Previous experience delivering civil engineering design ..... full job details .....
