Senior Quantity Surveyor (Rail)

Client - Rail Contractor

Contract dates - October 2026 - August 2027

IR35 status - outside

Day Rate - -450 - -500

Location - Wiltshire - 3 days in the office

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing a dedicated and professional pre and post contract commercial management service
• Ensuring projects are successfully delivered within cost and time constraints
• Assisting with commercial management of various work packages such as: Design, Installation, Test & Commission, Materials, Telecoms, Electrification, Power, Plant, Professional Services, Civil Engineering and Permanent Way
• Providing contractual and commercial support to Project Managers and Engineering

Essential requirements:

• Substantial Senior Quantity Surveyor experience
• Rail contracting background
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Strong track record in a contractor side, project environment
