Job Title: Telecoms Construction Manager
Location: London Underground
Rate: £400-£450 per day (Inside IR35 / CIS) - Via Umbrella Provider
Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract
Start Date: ASAP
This is an opportunity to join a major London Underground infrastructure programme, supporting the delivery of telecoms and electrical upgrade works across the London Underground network.
Where you will add value
·Managing day-to-day construction activities across Deep Tube work sites
·Coordinating telecoms, OPO, and electrical installation teams
·Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme
·Managing subcontractors, supervisors, and operational interfaces
·Supporting possession planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
·Maintaining compliance with London Underground standards and procedures
To succeed in this role, you will need
·Previous experience as a Construction Manager within rail or telecoms infrastructure projects
·Strong background in telecoms, OPO, or electrical rail works
·Experience managing works within operational rail or London Underground environments
·Basic Track Awareness (BTA) or LU-ICI competency
·Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
·Ability to work flexibly across night and day shift operations
