As the Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for leading estimates for civil engineering and drainage work and working with tender teams in order to secure sufficient work. Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and developing estimators to assist with submitting tender (including identifying opportunities and risks for each project), undertaking estimates, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining tender files with the ultimate goal of winning work to meet the company growth targets.
