Rail Construction Manager - Fit Out

Are you a Construction Manager with a proven background overseeing electrical and civils works on station fit out projects? This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Manager to join an established team and assist on the delivery of station fit out in East London. This would suit an individual with previous civils experience within rail, ideally on MandE station fit out. Location: East London Rate: £350-£400 CIS Duration: 3 months with potential to extend. Effective leadership and supervision whilst overseeing on site labour and subcontractors.Continuous monitoring of progress, whilst ensuring safe and accurate delivery of works.Ensuring records are maintained such as allocation sheets, diaries, HandS documents.Preparation of WPP''s and TBS''s.Promote and enforce HandS standards throughout entire project, whilst reporting any issues.
