Rail Civil/Structural Engineer

I''m currently working with a growing, employee-owned engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Civil or Structural Engineer to join its established team.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with around 3-5 years'' experience who wants to take on greater responsibility and gain exposure across the full project lifecycle. You''ll be involved in everything from design and client engagement through to project delivery, commercial awareness, and team development.The business operates across rail, transportation, civil infrastructure, energy and structural engineering sectors, offering a varied workload and genuine career progression opportunities.The RoleAs part of a multidisciplinary team, you''ll be responsible for delivering engineering solutions from concept through to detailed design while working closely with clients, contractors and key stakeholders. You''ll have the opportunity to:Undertake preliminary and detailed engineering design workProduce technical drawings, specifications and engineering reportsCarry out analysis and assessments in accordance with relevant design standardsWork directly with clients and contractors throughout project deliveryAssist with fee proposals and tender submissionsUndertake site inspections and surveys as requiredManage project programmes, budgets and stakeholder communicationCollaborate across multidisciplinary project teamsSupport and mentor graduate and junior engineersContribute to the continued growth and ..... full job details .....
