About the Role

The Rail Administrator position in Rugby, offered through Love Success PLC, is a temporary role with potential for permanent placement. Paying £14.00 to £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay, this fully office-based role requires a five-day working week. The successful candidate will support the client's Rail team by tracking and managing safety work packs for Network Rail, ensuring timely submissions. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support, performing data input across key systems, and handling additional reasonable duties. Applicants must possess at least one year of experience in a detail-oriented administrative role, alongside advanced Excel skills. Immediate start is available for the right candidate.

Temp to Permanent Administrator Role - Rail Services £15 per hour + holiday pay
Location: Rugby

Fully Office Based: 5 days per week

Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator with an advanced Excel skill set looking to join a dynamic and fast paced team£

If the answer is yes we are looking for an Administrator to support our client''s Rail team in delivering an efficient and optimised service. You will have experience working in a busy and detail orientated Administrative role for a minimum of one year prior.

Key Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Track and manage safety work packs for Network Rail, ensuring timely submission
  • Provide general administrative support and data input on various key systems
  • Any other administrative reasonable duties as required

The ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals at all levels and use a range of communication methods including face to face, telephone and email communication will be paramount to the successful execution of this role.

Excellent organisation skills, including ability to prioritise and work within contractual deadlines will be vital.
