Duties and responsibilitiesWork as the Head of Department reporting into the Director of Clinical ServicesBe responsible for championing, leading and inspiring the radiology teamPlan, allocate, assess and provide feedback to team membersMaintain and support the effective use of physical and financial resourcesImplement and monitor working processes and policiesDelegation of tasks to team members appropriatelyManagement of Radiology team to ensure accurate staffing in order to meet patient needsDevelops a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and securityLead on the implementation of IRMER regulations within the ..... full job details .....
