This is an exciting opportunity for a HCPC-registered Radiographer with strong leadership experience to drive clinical excellence, service development and operational performance within a busy and expanding department.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective clinical and operational leadership across the Imaging Department.Lead, manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services and an exceptional patient experience.Drive service improvement, quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards.Manage departmental resources, budgets and workforce planning effectively.Build strong working relationships with consultants and key stakeholders.Support departmental growth and contribute to the hospital''s commercial objectives.What We''re Looking ForDegree (BSc Hons) in Radiography or equivalent.HCPC registered Radiographer.Previous leadership or management experience within a diagnostic imaging environment.Strong clinical knowledge across a range of imaging modalities.Experience leading and developing teams, driving service improvement and managing change.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Membership of the Society of Radiographers is desirable.Independent healthcare experience is advantageous but not ..... full job details .....
