Location: Construction site based (Mon-Fri) - Somerset Duration: Approved until 31dec26 (renewable) Status: Contract - INSIDE IR35 Other: Due to the nature of the role, there will be a frequent requirement to work on evenings, nights and weekendsMorson Edge are working with a major player in the Energy Sector who have a current (contract) requirement for a Radiological Protection Technician to join their established site-based team in Somerset. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of Europe''s largest infrastructure construction Project.Broad overview: Radiological protection technicians will support the independent control, supervision, and monitoring of the radiography, reducing the risks to workers from unplanned events and the potential delays to the construction schedule.The role will also be expected to support the preparations for radiography tasks, and due to the nature of radiography, the role requires frequent work mostly on evenings, nights and weekends.The Radiological protection technician will be expected to liaise with contractors to ensure the safe and timely execution of the work.
