The post holder will: Deliver a high-quality, evidence-based CT service Demonstrate a strong understanding of Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) Participate in a 7-day working rota Support the supervision and training of junior staff, assistant practitioners, and student radiographers Undertake a structured CT training programme (if required), demonstrating flexibility and commitment to professional development Key Duties and Responsibilities Operational Delivery Perform a wide range of CT and general radiographic examinations to a high diagnostic standard Demonstrate competence in CT imaging procedures and assist with interventional imaging where required Make informed clinical decisions based on professional knowledge and experience Work closely with the CT Lead Radiographer to support workflow and daily operations Assess patient understanding and obtain informed consent, adhering to legal frameworks where patients lack capacity Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, and carers, ensuring individual needs ..... full job details .....
