This role is integral to maintaining a seamless communication network within the organisation, ensuring that the Force''s radio estate operates efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Testing and Provisioning: Conduct testing and provision of radio-related hardware, following established plans and standards to ensure continuous operation.Routine Maintenance: Undertake regular maintenance of hardware and software to meet business requirements and maintain operational integrity.Problem Resolution: Address issues proactively, collaborating with experienced colleagues and external resources as needed.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of hardware/software items and configuration changes to uphold the integrity of the radio estate.Stock Management: Monitor and manage stocks of radios and ancillaries, negotiating with suppliers to mitigate delivery limitations.Security ..... full job details .....
