Equifind is partnering exclusively with a private equity-backed SaaS business on an exciting period of growth and transformation to recruit a Quote-to-Cash Lead - a newly created leadership role at the heart of their scale-up journey.This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash function, driving modernisation, automation and operational excellence across a high-growth, technology-led organisation.Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will own and transform the entire Q2C and O2C process - from contract management and billing through to collections, cash application and customer onboarding. You will be a key driver of cash conversion improvement, customer experience and the adoption of automation and AI across the function.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash process across the businessMap, review and optimise all O2C workflows to improve controls, efficiency and customer outcomesDrive process standardisation and scalability to support ongoing growth and future acquisitionsPartner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, Finance and Technology to ensure seamless integrationLead billing, collections, revenue operations and cash managementBuild KPI frameworks and reporting across the O2C lifecycleChampion automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve data qualityEvaluate and deploy AI-enabled solutions across collections, forecasting and workflow managementSupport ERP, ..... full job details .....
