Job Description The Quote Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and submission of high-quality proposals and quotes in response to client requests. This role serves as the central point of contact for proposal activities, ensuring timely delivery of compelling, compliant submissions that effectively communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages. Key Responsibilities Proposal Development and Management The Quote Proposal Manager oversees the end-to-end proposal process, from initial opportunity assessment through final submission. This includes developing proposal strategies, creating content plans, coordinating with subject matter experts across multiple disciplines, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements. The role requires managing multiple concurrent proposals with varying deadlines and complexity levels. Stakeholder Coordination This position serves as the primarily with the technical team, and operations team. The Quote Proposal Manager facilitates kick off meetings, maintains regular communication with the client and the operations team. Pricing and Commercial Terms The Quote Proposal Manager collaborates with pricing and finance teams to develop competitive commercial proposals, ensuring accurate cost estimates, clear pricing structures, and appropriate risk allocation.
