Site Manager Bristol and surrounding areas £60,000 £70,000NEOS Engineering are working with a well-established engineering and maintenance contractor operating across quarry and heavy industrial sites in the South West. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations across a key portfolio of quarry-based projects in the Bristol area.The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations across quarry and heavy industrial environments. You will oversee engineering teams, subcontractors and site activities to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery of works.Key responsibilities include Managing daily site operations across quarry and industrial environmentsSupervising engineers, welders and subcontractors on siteEnsuring all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures and legislationPlanning and coordinating maintenance and project activitiesLiaising with clients, quarry operators and internal management teamsOverseeing RAMS, permits to work and site compliance documentationDriving productivity, quality and operational efficiency across all worksSupporting continuous improvement across site performance The Candidate We are looking for someone with Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar within quarrying, heavy plant or industrial environmentsStrong understanding of quarry operations and site safety requirementsExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams ..... full job details .....
