This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in quarrying, aggregates, recycling, heavy industrial production, or similar operational environments. The Role: You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy site, ensuring materials are processed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Duties will include: Daily operation of site production processes Operating mobile plant machinery to feed production equipment Operating processing plant machinery Loading LGVs where required Weighbridge operation Planned maintenance duties General housekeeping across site Monitoring equipment performance and reporting issues Working in line with strict health & safety procedures Supporting wider operational requirements as needed Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm Alternate Saturdays: 7:00am - 12:00pm (as required) Salary...
