Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

We''re supporting a major organisation delivering one of the region''s largest capital programmes and looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in high-profile infrastructure projects, working within a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of complex programmes.
The Role
You''ll be responsible for managing commercial activities across a portfolio of projects, including:
Leading on cost management, procurement, and contract administration
Preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and tender documents
Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and driving opportunities for value
Negotiating with contractors and managing supply chain relationships
Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and commercial frameworks
Producing accurate reporting to support decision-making at senior level
About You
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, with relevant professional experience
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management within infrastructure, utilities, or construction
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Able to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
