Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor

We''re supporting a major organisation delivering one of the region''s largest capital programmes and looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their growing commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in high-profile infrastructure projects, working within a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the success of complex programmes.

The Role
You''ll be responsible for managing commercial activities across a portfolio of projects, including:

• Leading on cost management, procurement, and contract administration

• Preparing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and tender documents

• Monitoring financial performance, identifying risks, and driving opportunities for value

• Negotiating with contractors and managing supply chain relationships

• Ensuring compliance with NEC contracts and commercial frameworks

• Producing accurate reporting to support decision-making at senior level

About You

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, with relevant professional experience

• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management within infrastructure, utilities, or construction

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Able to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
