This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability and longevity, with a strong pipeline of work through to the end of 2027. The position will primarily be based from the project office in the Bridgwater area, with travel to the HPC site only expected approximately once every two weeks. The project involves the construction of four high-specification concrete-framed buildings, including delivery of the cladding. Working under an NEC3 Option C target cost contract, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of your packages, with a particularly strong focus on change management and financial reporting.
