Location: Hybrid - North West England
Office Base: Liverpool (L3)
Salary: -55,000 - -60,000

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employer''s Agent / Quantity Surveyor to join a growing consultancy team in the North West. This is a permanent position offering the chance to lead and manage multiple affordable housing developments across the North West and West Yorkshire.

You will operate with a high degree of independence, reporting directly to Associates and Directors, while playing a key role in project delivery and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as Employer''s Agent on residential and affordable housing schemes
• Administering JCT Design and Build contracts
• Preparing and managing cash flow forecasts
• Carrying out risk assessments and advising on mitigation strategies
• Analysing tenders and producing detailed reports
• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Supporting practice management activities where required

Essential Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying
• Proven experience acting as Employer''s Agent on affordable housing or private residential developments
• Experience working with Registered Social Landlords (RSLs)
• Strong knowledge of JCT Design and Build contracts
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
