Quantity Surveyor - Kent An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing utilities and infrastructure team delivering major projects across the South East. With a substantial increase in secured work and continued growth across key water frameworks, the business is looking to strengthen its commercial team with an ambitious QS who is looking to develop within a fast-paced and supportive project environment. The business delivered approximately £22m worth of work with South East Water last year and is targeting around £45m this year, highlighting the scale of growth and long-term pipeline of projects ahead. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and operational teams on complex utility and infrastructure schemes. This position would suit a commercially aware Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being involved in both the operational and financial side of projects, while developing their experience across NEC contracts and major utilities frameworks. The Role You will support the commercial delivery of projects from tender handover through to final account, working closely with operational teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and commercially successfully.
