We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Build division working on a project in North London. The Quantity Surveyor will provide a full quantity surveying service and is responsible for managing cost plan development and maintenance, providing technical cost, contractual and commercial support to the project. About youRelevant experience working in BuildAn accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).Experience of onsite measuresNEC3 Option A form of contract and subcontract conditionsJCT Design and Build and JCT Standard Building Contract experienceKnowledge and understanding of construction management, construction and sustainable construction techniques.Good communicatorAble to work under pressureEffective use of Initiative If your past experience doesn''t match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
