This is an office-based position in the Manchester area, with occasional travel to project sites when required. Site travel is not expected to be frequent. Key Responsibilities Take commercial ownership of assigned projects from commencement through to completion Manage project costs, cash flow and overall commercial performance Prepare and deliver monthly commercial and financial reports Manage project activity schedules and associated commercial documentation Identify and manage variations, risks and commercial opportunities Support project forecasting, cost control and financial planning Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to ensure projects remain commercially viable Liaise directly with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders Support contractual and commercial matters throughout project delivery Attend client and project sites when required About You The business is open to candidates at a strong intermediate Quan...
