With more than 30 years of industry experience, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding projects within specialist commercial and operational environments. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team working on high-value construction and fit-out projects in Stansted, with significant MandE elements and multiple subcontractor packages. The business is looking for someone with the experience and commercial capability to take ownership of their projects and play a key role in their successful delivery.The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account. You''ll work closely with the Project Management and site teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered commercially and efficiently. You''ll be involved across the full commercial lifecycle, including procurement, cost control, valuations, variations, applications, payments, forecasting and final accounts.
