What you''ll be doing

You''ll play a vital role in supporting and leading the commercial delivery of long-term contracts and competitively tendered client projects. From managing contract set-up and scope changes to advising on NEC3/NEC4 contracts, you''ll help drive compliance, commercial performance and profitability across a varied portfolio.

You''ll work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, planners, subcontractors and suppliers - building strong relationships and ensuring projects stay commercially on track.

What we''re looking for

We''re looking for a commercially astute professional with:

• Proven quantity surveying experience
• Strong understanding of commercial contract management
• Experience in a client-led construction/project environment
• Great communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• The ability to work with autonomy and confidence
• Professional membership or qualifications in RICS, CIOB, ICES or similar (desirable)
