Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working with a well-established and growing construction business who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to work across a varied portfolio of projects, taking ownership of cost management, subcontractor procurement, valuations, and financial reporting from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs and commercial performance Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts Subcontractor procurement and account management Budget forecasting and reporting Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery Supporting financial control and risk management across projects Requirements: Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor position within construction Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Excellent communication and organisational skills Relevant construction or commercial qualifications preferred This role would suit someone looking to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
