Quantity Surveyor

We re currently supporting a client who is looking to appoint a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing projects across Southampton. This is a great opportunity for an experienced QS who enjoys working on fast-paced interior fit-out schemes and wants flexibility alongside a steady pipeline of work. The role: Managing cost control across multiple fit-out projects in Southmapton Subcontractor procurement, negotiation and management Valuations, variations and final accounts Supporting project teams to ensure commercial success Working across office, retail and commercial interior schemes What we re looking for: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out/refurbishment Strong understanding of commercial interiors projects Confident managing subcontract packages and variations Ability to work independently in a freelance/contract capacity Available to cover ongoing Southampton-based projects What s on offer: Flexible freelance arrangement Ongoing pipeline of Southampton fit-out work Competitive day rate (DOE) Opportunity to work with a well-established contractor If you re an experienced QS looking for your next freelance assignment in the Southampton fit-out market, we d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
