Produce monthly applications for payment (AFP). Prepare and submit project variations and general change management. Prepare and submit month-end reports after monitoring and analysing monthly cost reports. Attend meetings where necessary to progress or agree project accounts. Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Become familiar with standard forms of contract including but not limited to NEC3 & JCT. Negotiate subcontract terms & conditions with our clients & contractors. Prepare subcontracts, valuation of works executed by subcontractors, and certify interim and final payments. Maximise cash flow through control, measurement, valuation of work, invoicing and cash collection.
