Our Client is an established construction and property development company based in Lincoln. They deliver a diverse range of residential, commercial, education, industrial and specialist construction projects throughout Lincolnshire and the wider East Midlands. The Role The Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial and cost management support across projects from pre-construction through to final account. The role will help ensure projects are procured, administered and delivered in a commercially controlled manner, with costs, risks, variations, valuations and cash flow managed accurately.
