Working closely with clients, suppliers and project teams, you''ll help ensure projects are delivered profitably, efficiently and to a high standard. Projects include Student Accommodation, Hotels, Offices and Public Sector developments. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial delivery of multiple projects. Prepare valuations, variations, cash flows and monthly CVR reports. Procure subcontractors and issue orders in line with company procedures. Review contracts and identify commercial risks. Manage subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts. Monitor project costs, risks and opportunities. Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support project close-out and commercial reporting. Ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures and health & safety requirements.
