Role OverviewOur client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects. The role involves close collaboration with site teams, project managers, and senior leadership to ensure robust cost control and successful project outcomes.This is an office/site based position, offering strong exposure to both pre- and post contract duties across varied commercial and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and maintain detailed project cost plans, estimates, and budgetsCarry out quantity take-offs and produce BOQs for pricing and procurementManage subcontractor procurement, payments, and commercial accountsMonitor project variations and prepare change control documentationAssist with interim valuations, applications for payment, and final accountsSupport contract administration under JCT and Design and Build contractsWork closely ..... full job details .....
