Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing projects from pre-construction through to final account while working within a supportive and growing business.The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of your projects from the outset, managing the commercial aspects to ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.Initially, you''ll be involved in preparing project schedules and supporting the pre-construction phase before moving onto a live refurbishment project that is ready to commence immediately.This is a role that offers a high level of autonomy, with the expectation that you''ll effectively manage your own workload and diary between the office and project sites.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial delivery of refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception through to final account.Prepare project cost plans, budgets and schedules.Procure and manage subcontractor packages.Produce valuations, variations and applications for payment.Monitor project costs and ensure budgets are ..... full job details .....
