This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven QS looking to develop their experience within a major infrastructure environment, with exposure to subcontract management, commercial reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts. The Role Manage commercial aspects of rail and civil engineering packages. Manage subcontractor and supply chain accounts. Handle valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts. Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts and cash flow. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Review subcontractor and supplier quotations. Support procurement and package management. Ensure contractual notices and commercial correspondence are managed effectively. Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider commercial team.
