This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute individual to work on major projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and public sector schemes.andnbsp;The successful candidate will be responsible for full commercial management of projects, ensuring profitability and contractual compliance while supporting the delivery of high-quality builds.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage and oversee all commercial aspects of projects from procurement to final account.

• 
  

  Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports.

• 
  

  Negotiate and manage subcontractor accounts and payments.

• 
  

  Provide accurate forecasting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• 
  

  Ensure compliance with contract terms (JCT).

• 
  

  Work closely with project managers and site teams to achieve commercial objectives.

• 
  

  Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options.

• 
  

  Support senior management with reporting and commercial strategy.
