With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative commercial team, they are looking to appoint an experienced Pre Con Quantity Surveyor to support the successful commercial delivery of projects.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will provide full surveying support across multiple live projects, managing subcontractor accounts, client applications, project reporting and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and commercially successfully.Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue Applications for Payment to clientsAttend monthly commercial and project review meetingsManage subcontractor accounts, valuations and final accountsRaise subcontract orders and issue variationsUpdate and maintain commercial reporting documentationMonitor project costs and commercial performanceSupport project teams with financial and contractual mattersPrepare re-measure reports and other commercial reports as requiredAttend site visits regularly to monitor ..... full job details .....
