The role will involve working on a range of new build, refurbishment and extension projects with individual contract values of up to £2 million across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial delivery of construction projects from pre-start through to completion. Prepare cost plans, budgets and cash flow forecasts. Procure subcontractors and suppliers, including preparing enquiries, analysing quotations and placing orders. Prepare and submit interim valuations and applications for payment. Assess, price and agree variations. Measure and value works completed. Manage subcontractor accounts, including interim payments, variations and final accounts.
