Your Role Lead the commercial delivery of a range of capital projects from pre-construction through to agreement of final accounts. Undertake site visits and surveys to support preparation of schedules, specifications and scopes of work. Work closely with procurement teams during tender processes, assisting with tender evaluations and recommendations. Produce cost plans, estimates and formal client submissions while maintaining robust cost and revenue forecasts. Assess project progress, validate supply chain invoices and payment applications, and review quotations and variations to ensure value for money.
