The role will see you involved from pre-construction right through to final account, managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects while working closely with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team. What you''ll be doing: Managing project costs from start to finish. Preparing take-offs, Bills of Quantities and Scopes of Work. Procuring subcontractors and suppliers. Producing and managing procurement schedules. Preparing and issuing subcontract packages. Carrying out site visits. Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
