Purpose and Scope of the Role As a Quantity Surveyor within our Birmingham team, you will contribute to a high-performing, multi-disciplinary environment delivering expert cost advice across infrastructure, commercial, residential, and government sectors. Working on projects ranging from early feasibility through to completion-some exceeding £100m-you will support clients and design teams with accurate, data-driven insights, while strengthening collaborative relationships across regional teams and project stakeholders. From developing detailed cost plans to advising on procurement and contract administration, your input will shape efficient, high-quality project delivery.
