Job Purpose The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the effective commercial management of building and environmental service contracts delivered by our Norwich based environmental & property maintenance company. This includes repairs, void property works, damp remedial projects, and environmental services such as Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleansing, pest control, and cleaning services. The role ensures that all works are accurately specified, measured, and valued using the NATFED Schedule of Rates and Environmental schedule of rates, while maintaining financial control and ensuring value for money. The role has responsibility for contract management of subcontractors engaged to deliver works including agreement of scope, variations, monitoring quality of work, budgetary/cost control, payments and risk management.
