Key Responsibilities Review contract documents, bills of quantities, and tender submissions. Manage project costs, valuations, subcontractor accounts, and invoicing. Identify and manage commercial risks and contractual claims. Monitor project progress and prepare commercial reports. Re-measure projects against estimated bills of quantities. Support procurement and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with relevant building contracts and health & safety regulations. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
