Quantity Surveyor

Teamforce are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic commercial team delivering major construction projects.This role would suit a commercially astute professional who has experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and is comfortable operating within a fast-paced project environment. The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a mid-sized main contractor or specialist subcontractor delivering complex structural or civil engineering packages, where they have taken ownership of commercial processes and supported successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Managing project costs from procurement through to final accountAdministering contracts and ensuring compliance with commercial proceduresPreparing valuations, variations, and cost reportsManaging subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accountsWorking closely with project teams to ensure financial performance and risk managementSupporting commercial strategy across multiple packages or projectsRequirements:Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractorsBackground with a mid-sized contractor or specialist subcontractor delivering complex construction packagesStrong knowledge of standard construction contractsProven ability to manage project finances and contractual mattersExcellent communication and negotiation skillsEqual Opportunities Statement:Teamforce Labour is an equal opportunities employer.All applications will be reviewed based solely on merit, skills ..... full job details .....
