Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established construction company based in York, delivering complex and varied projects across the commercial, retail, heritage and education sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final delivery. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success, ensuring strong financial control and adding value across a range of high-profile schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working collaboratively within a high-performing team environment.
