About the Role

A Quantity Surveyor is needed in London by SSR C&T, a specialist fire alarm installer, for a full-time, permanent role covering London and the Southeast. The salary is £70,000 per annum, supplemented by 25 days’ holiday, a solid pension scheme, and healthcare. Your duties will involve commercial management across large-scale fire alarm projects. You must demonstrate sound knowledge of NEC3 contracts, dispute resolution, project risk, and costing. Contractual awareness is essential. While full professional qualifications are not mandatory, prior experience within fire alarm, BMS, M&E, or MEP sectors is required for this position with a respected contractor.

This fire alarm installation company are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team covering large scale fire alarm systems. This is a permanent position covering the London and Southeast of England with a salary of up to (circa) £70,000, plus benefits package. You will need to have excellent knowledge of NEC3 contracts, dispute resolution, a good understanding of project risk and costing processes, and contractual and commercial awareness.
Candidates do not need to be a fully qualified in quantity surveying but do need to have experience working in the fire alarm, BMS, M&E or MEP arenas. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well established and well thought of fire alarm systems installer.
