Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial delivery of refurbishment and regeneration projects Prepare cost plans, valuations, forecasts and monthly cost reports Procure and manage subcontractor packages Negotiate subcontract agreements and manage contract administration Assess subcontractor applications, variations and final accounts Prepare and submit applications for payment Monitor project budgets, cash flow and commercial performance Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors Support project teams to achieve successful commercial outcomes About You Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or refurbishment contractor Experience delivering refurbishment, regeneration or commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of construction contract...
