Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial delivery of multiple construction and civil engineering projects Prepare detailed estimates and price new works and tenders Produce accurate cost plans, valuations and monthly cost reports Procure subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating the best commercial outcomes Manage subcontractor accounts, applications, variations and final accounts Prepare and submit applications for payment Monitor project costs, forecasts and profitability throughout delivery Attend site visits and liaise closely with operational teams and clients About You Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or construction Experience managing projects from tender through to final account Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or a Construction-related discipline Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Excellent communication and organisational abiliti...
