A new-client to Sphere-are looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor-with immediate effect.

Your new company are a National Main Contractor, who offer a broad range of services, including Structural & Envelope Intervention, Detail & Build, Design & Build, Traditional Contracting, and Refurbishment, cross projects typically ranging from -500k to -20M+.-

This opportunity is in relation to a74M Refurbishment and Fit-Out project in Bristol, which when complete, will offer Commercial Units across the lower floors, Office Space above, and a Rooftop Terrace and Bar.-

At present, my client are happy to consider both Permanent and Fixed Term Contract options.-
